Events Marketing Manager

Compensation

• This role is salary based plus bonus and also receives monthly reimbursement for using their vehicle.
  
  

Position Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and communicate the supplier marketing event calendar to all key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with supplier leadership & agencies to ensure clear expectations and requirements for each event.
• Facilitate seamless execution by partnering with RBG teams, venue managers, and event organizers.
• Attend and oversee key marketing events across the California marketplace to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key venue leaders, event managers, cultural influencers, and community stakeholders to maximize brand presence.
• Gather insights from event execution and propose creative improvements for future activations.
• Ensure proper chargeback and reconciliation of designated events within Tito’s budget.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience.
• Ability to life, push and pull up to 50lbs regularly as part of event setup, teardown, and product transportation.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
