- Analyze data using established tools and processes to create routing plans, load plans, reports, and performance metrics
- Serve as an escalation point for load planners and support freight execution at the load level.
- Investigate and resolve freight payment discrepancies
- Support the carrier management process, including performance tracking and relationship management
- Act as a subject matter expert in carrier capacity, dock scheduling, and rate management within the E2open Transportation Management System
- Partner with stakeholders on process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Other projects or duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of related experience
