Pay Transparency
Our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business. Moreover, this role may have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to program rules.
- Shift: Full-time with a 5:00am - 6:00am start time
- Must be 21 years of age
- Pay: $19.00 per hour Monthly Car Allowance
- Benefits: Medical (default plan free to employees, spouse, and dependents), Dental and Vision (available first of the month following 30 days of employment)

Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To
- Checking temperature, pressure and expiration date of beer
- Diagnose and solve draft problems and report discrepancies to management
- Work on-call schedule as required (nights and weekends)
- Maintain effective customer service with internal and external customers
- Maintain daily and monthly logs of line cleaning and service calls
- Ensure compliance to all applicable ABC Rules and Regulations and follow Company Safety procedures
- Other projects or duties as assigned
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 175 pounds
- Electrical Certification or Vocational Certifaction
