This position involves assisting customers with a variety of enquiries while ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Handle incoming customer enquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, and orders.
- Resolve customer concerns or direct more complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Record customer interactions and updates using internal systems.
- Follow established procedures to ensure enquiries are resolved promptly.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to support customer needs.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Share recurring customer feedback to help improve internal processes.
What You'll Bring

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, retail, hospitality, or a contact centre environment.

Preferred Experience
