Cashier

We're growing our team in Laredo, TX and are looking for a Cashier who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service. If you're friendly, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this is a great opportunity to build your retail career.

In this role, you'll assist customers at checkout, process transactions accurately, answer questions, and help create a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.

What Your Shift Will Involve

Every shift is a little different, and you'll play an important role in keeping the front end of the store running efficiently.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Greeting customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Processing cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments accurately
• Scanning merchandise and completing transactions efficiently
• Assisting customers with returns, exchanges, and general inquiries
• Answering questions about products, pricing, and store promotions
• Keeping the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Bagging purchases carefully and efficiently
• Assisting with light stocking and maintaining product displays when needed
• Following company cash-handling procedures and safety guidelines
• Working with team members to provide an outstanding customer experience

Typical shifts may include:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Schedules are posted in advance, and weekend shifts are shared fairly across the team.

Previous experience as a Cashier, Retail Cashier, Store Cashier, Retail Associate, Sales Associate, Grocery Cashier, or in another customer-facing role is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.
