Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Davenport, IA. This position focuses on managing inbound and outbound customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and providing product and pricing information to electrical and energy solutions customers. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying additional needs, and collaborating with outside sales, purchasing, and operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. The Inside Sales Representative will actively support lead generation efforts, follow up on sales opportunities, and contribute to overall branch sales and margin goals. Daily responsibilities also include tracking account activity, resolving issues, and promoting Rexel USA’s products and services in a professional and solutions-oriented manner.
Qualifications
