We're thrilled to open our very first location in Indiana in September 2026, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Pet Retail Associates!
What You’ll Do
As a Pet Retail Associate, you’ll be the friendly face of Rex & Simba, helping pet owners find the best products and services for their furry friends. Your role will include:
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and purchases.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure every pet and owner leaves happy.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Supporting the team with inventory management and restocking shelves.
- Sharing your knowledge about our premium products and services.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who loves pets, enjoys working with people, and has:
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
- A passion for pets and a desire to help owners care for their companions.
