As a Pet Groomer at Rex & Simba, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our four-legged clients look and feel their best. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing grooming services such as bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail care for a variety of dog breeds (and occasionally cats).
- Consulting with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and any special needs.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and calming environment for pets during their grooming session.
- Keeping grooming tools and equipment in excellent condition.
- Building positive relationships with pets and their owners to encourage repeat visits.
We’re seeking a professional with a love for animals and a strong background in grooming. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional pet grooming experience (this is a must!).
- Certification required!
- Knowledge of grooming techniques for various breeds and coat types.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle pets with care.
- Strong communication skills to interact with pet owners and team members.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
