We're thrilled to open our very first location in Indiana in September 2026, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Pet Retail Associates!

As a Pet Retail Associate, you’ll be the friendly face of Rex & Simba, helping pet owners find the best products and services for their furry friends. Your role will include:

• Assisting customers with product recommendations and purchases.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure every pet and owner leaves happy.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Supporting the team with inventory management and restocking shelves.
• Sharing your knowledge about our premium products and services.

We’re seeking someone who loves pets, enjoys working with people, and has:

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• A passion for pets and a desire to help owners care for their companions.
