Full Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Detailing Operations Manager to help run day-to-day field operations, support our teams, and drive growth across Goldsboro, Greenville, and Raleigh. - Autonomous & Dynamic Work: A mix of field work, client interaction, and administrative work - no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B and residential client outreach and relationship-building in regional markets (Goldsboro, Greenville, Raleigh).
- Act as our direct field representative for face-to-face client meetings, walk-throughs, or physical invoice drop-offs.
- Oversee supply checklists and coordinate orders for essential items like invoice pads and branding stickers.
- Support team leads and detail technicians in the field, filling in and assisting where operational overflow requires.
- Cross-train on core detailing processes to help supervise shop operations or step in during all-hands-on-deck days.
- Assist leadership with general operational overflow and hiring/HR coordination.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of management experience (2 years of auto detailing experience is preferred).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record for travel across Goldsboro, Greenville, and Raleigh.
- Comfortable managing detailing software and maintaining inventory
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and complete tasks without close supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills for face-to-face client meetings, quality check-ins, and team support.
Schedule & Hours:
- Tuesday-Saturday, 30-40 hours/week
