Auto Detailing Technician Job Description:
Full-Time Position (30 to 50 hours per week)
Pay Range: $12.00 to $16.50 per hour.
We are looking for a skilled detail tech who can work our skilled team And make sure all the detail get done in a high quality and timely manne. Paywill vary based on experience and skill level
Duties:
- Prep vehicle and boat exteriors and interiors for services ranging from basic details to advanced paint correction and ceramic coatings.
- Clean interior surfaces and apply products as directed.
- Polish exteriors and apply products as directed
- Perform specialty services, such as headlight restoration, changing cabin air filters as directed
- Technicians routinely use polishers, extractors, sanders, vacuums, and compressed air tools
- Technician will work directly under the supervision of the owner
- Assist detail team with shop maintenance such as inventory, organizing, and cleaning as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be ontime with a can do attitude and mindset.
Strong work ethic, dependable, and trustworthy
Reliable transportation and a valid NC Driver’s License required
Stamina and strength to work an 8-hour shift and be able to lift 75 pounds when needed.
Ability to accurately follow instructions and communicate any questions
High school graduate or GED preferred
Other Information:
Paid holidays: Christmas Day, July 4th, and Thanksgiving Day
