As a Senior Tax Associate, you will play a critical role in direct income tax compliance, ASC 740 reporting, tax audits, and tax technology initiatives for a publicly traded company. This position offers the opportunity to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and SEC requirements while driving process improvements and supporting cross-functional projects that contribute to overall business success.
This is a hybrid opportunity with an on-site work schedule Tuesday to Thursday at our headquarters in Waltham, MA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare U.S. income tax compliance workpapers, including book-to-tax adjustments, tax credits, estimated payments, and extensions.
- Assist with quarterly and annual income tax provisions, including calculations, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for ASC 740 compliance.
- Support federal and state tax audits by gathering documentation and drafting responses to inquiries and notices.
- Contribute to tax technology initiatives, including ERP system implementations and automation projects to enhance efficiency.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen tax compliance, financial reporting, and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tax strategies with broader business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of corporate income tax experience in public accounting and/or multinational corporate tax department.
- MBA, MST, and/or CPA strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with SAP, HFM, Smart View, (excel add-in) and OneSource (OTP) preferred.
- Familiarity with Excel macros, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar data analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
