The base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$80,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Revvity instruments, aiming for zero service recalls. Provide preventive maintenance and warranty services to contract and non-contract customers.
- Business Development: Drive sales of value-added services such as service contracts, upgrades, and laboratory products. Support local sales teams to secure new instrument orders and contribute to company profitability.
- Information/Asset Management: Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure proper handling of company assets like tools and vehicles.
- Continuous Skill Development: Participate in ongoing technical and professional development to enhance customer service and maintain certifications.
- Regular walking, standing, and use of hands for handling tools and equipment.
- Occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle safely for travel within the assigned territory.
- Associate's degree with some mass spectrometry experience.
