The Customer Application Support team supports North American customers by providing troubleshooting help, customer training, deployments and optimizations for Revvity Diagnostic products. We take pride in supporting laboratories, as they utilize Revvity equipment and assays to detect life-threatening disorders through genetic screening. Role & Responsibilities:
- The selected candidate will primarily work alongside other Application Scientist team members to provide customers and end users with product and technical support - responding to inquiries either by phone or email.
- This position offers the opportunity to interface closely with Sales, Field Service Engineers, and other Revvity support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will gain an understanding of genetic disorders and laboratory processes used in newborn screening, which is a key strength of our team.
- Pursuing a Bachelors/Masters degree in science, engineering, or health related field.
- Applicants must hold sophomore status at an accredited university
- Availability: Ideal candidates will be available for co-op rotations in Spring 2026, Fall 2026, and Summer 2027. We also offer part-time work opportunities beginning Fall 2025 and during breaks between co-op terms.
