What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ health and report changes to RN or physician
- Collaborate with facility staff to deliver quality care
- Active LPN license in the state of NJ
- Current CPR Certificate, Physical, & TB test
