CNA – Relocate to Vermont

About The Role

We are seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our healthcare team in Northern Vermont. This position requires relocation, and is ideal for those ready to take on a meaningful role providing hands-on care in a long-term care setting. You’ll work closely with nursing staff to support residents with daily activities, ensuring comfort, dignity, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Provide support to patients with disabilities and behavioral health challenges.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health record systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding patient conditions and care plans.
• Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility.
• Participate in patient care planning meetings as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in inpatient settings is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while providing compassionate patient care.
