An innovative and fast-growing commercial workplace solutions provider is expanding its team and looking for a Workplace Consultant to drive new business through relationship-building, networking, and brand development.

This is not a traditional sales role. It’s a hybrid opportunity combining business development and marketing, where you’ll spend time cultivating partnerships, generating leads, and helping elevate the brand within the local business community.

What You’ll Do:

Business Development & Relationship Building (50–75%)

• Build relationships with local businesses, commercial real estate professionals, and industry partners
• Generate new opportunities and develop a strong pipeline for the design and project teams
• Identify and engage prospective clients within targeted industries
• Conduct outreach through calls, email, networking events, and social platforms
• Represent the organization at community and industry events
• Coordinate and participate in meetings with key clients and partners
• Learn and communicate the value of innovative workplace solutions to decision-makers

Marketing & Brand Development (25–50%):

• Help execute initiatives that increase brand awareness and market visibility
• Create and share content for social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
• Assist with digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns and event promotion
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to help refine marketing strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 year of experience in networking, business development, marketing, PR, or client-facing roles in the Commercial Real Estate industry
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with business owners and senior executives
• Self-starter mentality with a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset
• Experience with social media, event marketing, or email marketing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
