Role Description:
As an Operations Manager at our client, you will work at the beating heart of the business, helping to ensure that they successfully remove administrative burdens off of their contractor customers — all while providing key inputs back to their product team that feed their AI models.
You will be responsible for managing the day to day work of their growing operations team, ensuring quality control and accuracy in their rebate/warranty/permit applications, and collaborating closely with their Product/Engineering teams to ensure they are building tools that make their customers' lives easier. They're growing incredibly quickly month-over-month, and are looking for a motivated Ops rockstar to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Become an industry expert in the 3 key product lines that feed into the broader Instafile offering: Rebates, warranty registrations, and permits
- Oversee growing ops team, ensure they have the tools they need to continue working efficiently and accurately
- Manage hiring and training of new junior ops team members as well as continued team growth and development
- Learn the company's product front to back in order to provide recommendations and roadmap guidance to the Engineering/Product teams
Skills and Qualifications:
- Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of operations experience at a high-growth startup or tech company, preferably a SaaS company.
- Comfort in owning OKRs and key KPIs and driving them forward.
- Exceptional work ethic, follow-through, and judgment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally.
- Nice to have:
- Experience managing a team of Ops juniors or offshore/hourly staffers.
- Open to former startup founders, consultants and investment bankers looking to make a change.
