Senior Account Executive

Our client is one of the most trusted names in Naples/Fort Myers, FL real estate, and they are growing. They are looking for a Senior Account Executive who knows how to build real relationships, own a territory, and show up every day ready to make things happen.


This role is built for someone who thrives on variety. Some days you are on the phone making outreach calls and following up with partners. Other days, you are in front of a room delivering a presentation or meeting agents at their office. No two days look exactly the same, and the right person wouldn’t have it any other way.


You will be working across Naples/Fort Myers, FL, and surrounding markets, becoming the person real estate professionals call when their clients need a home inspection they can count on.


What You’ll Be Doing

This is a high-activity role. You will be prospecting by phone, educating agents in person, delivering presentations, and building the kind of relationships that turn into long-term referral partnerships.


  • Own and grow a defined sales territory across Naples/Fort Myers, FL.
  • Make high volumes of outbound calls to prospect new business and stay top of mind with existing partners.
  • Deliver formal presentations and educational sessions at real estate offices, broker meetings, and industry events.
  • Build lasting relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Manage your pipeline and consistently drive year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and educator, helping agents understand the value of a quality home inspection.
  • Represent our client at community events and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with marketing on local campaigns and brand awareness efforts.
  • Keep your CRM clean; activity, leads, and referral partners all tracked and up to date.
  • Stay sharp on local real estate trends, market shifts, and what’s happening in your territory.

What We’re Looking For

  • A track record of success in outside sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present confidently to individuals and groups.
  • Experience managing a pipeline and growing accounts over time.
  • A consultative, educational approach — you listen first, then solve.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and the discipline to hold yourself accountable.
  • Comfort with CRM platforms, email, phone, and social media as sales tools.
  • A growth mindset — you’re coachable, curious, and always looking to improve.


Requirements

Minimum

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation — you’ll be on the road.


Preferred

  • Background in real estate, home inspections, mortgage, title, or related services.
  • Bachelor’s degree.


Compensation

  • Base Salary: $70,000
  • Car Allowance: $186.15 biweekly
  • Monthly Bonus: $800 if you hit 5% over budget target for your territory
