Duties

• Actively promote products through in-person demonstrations, product demos, and engaging presentations at assigned locations, events, and promotional venues
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional in-person customer service, addressing questions, and offering tailored product recommendations
• Manage social media accounts by creating content, sharing updates, and engaging with followers to boost brand visibility online
• Collect valuable data during events or interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve customer outreach efforts
• Organize and participate in event marketing activities to increase brand awareness within target communities
• Handle sales objections confidently by listening actively, providing clear information, and guiding customers toward positive purchasing decisions
• Conduct product demos that highlight features and benefits while ensuring customers understand how products meet their needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or sales environments is highly desirable for understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching diverse audiences
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing to effectively promote the brand online
• Ability to collect data accurately during events or interactions to support marketing initiatives
• Experience in event marketing or promoting products at public gatherings is preferred
• Exceptional customer relationship building skills with a focus on engagement and satisfaction
• Comfortable with public speaking, product demonstrations, and representing the brand professionally at all times
