Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic team at Link Management. This is a unique opportunity to represent a top fintech or automotive brand, educate, and excite potential customers about free, innovative services. As a Brand Ambassador, your focus will not be on contractual sales but on engaging with the community and creating meaningful interactions that help spread awareness and trust around our client’s offerings through lead generation. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage & Educate: Interact with potential customers to inform them about our client’s free services, providing valuable insights and fostering trust.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as the face of the brand at events, promotions, and in digital or in-person engagements.
- Create Excitement: Help build excitement and awareness for the services our client offers, generating interest in trying out the free tools and resources available.
- Collaborate: Work with your team and our project management professionals to ensure alignment on goals, activities, and key messaging.
- Provide Feedback: Gather insights from your interactions and share them with the team to help enhance strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Training & Growth: Receive hands-on training in brand advocacy, customer engagement, and leadership. Grow your skills to take on more responsibilities in the future.
- Leadership Pathway: As you gain experience and demonstrate success, you will have the opportunity to take on leadership and training roles.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable interacting with individuals of all backgrounds and able to explain services in a clear and engaging way.

- Motivated & Passionate: A genuine enthusiasm for fintech and innovation, and a desire to help others understand and use valuable services.
- No Experience Needed: We offer full training, so no prior experience is necessary. Customer service or brand advocacy experience is a plus but not required.
