Duties
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
- Conduct repairs including plumbing, painting, and facilities maintenance tasks
- Supervise or assist with maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and commercial tenants when necessary
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in plumbing preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective documentation and teamwork
- Knowledge of software for maintenance tracking and reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively
