Job Title – Maintenance Worker
Reporting to - Maintenance Manager
Description
The maintenance manager is responsible for all faucets of repair, installations and preventative maintenance within the brewery and day to day maintenance of brewery machinery.
Areas of Responsibility
Repair/Installation
- Production lines and brewing process equipment
- New equipment for upgrades and new technology
- Assess capital projects and recommend solutions
Maintain
- Building to ensure areas are in good shape
- Wastewater equipment
- Schedule preventative maintenance
Qualifications/Skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Over see contractor projects to completion
- Good Communication skills
Working Knowledge
- Brewing process
- Welding, forklift, light electrical, painting, plumbing
- E-Maintenance scheduling
