Print Operations Specialist – ICT Print Operations - US Citizen or Green Card Only

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Print Operations Specialist to join our ICT Print Operations team. This position is responsible for producing high-volume batch documents using high-speed printing equipment while ensuring print quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed production printing equipment to process batch print jobs.
• Review and prioritize print workloads based on operational requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor print jobs and equipment throughout the production process.
• Inspect completed print output for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
• Identify printing or equipment issues and escalate problems when necessary.
• Operate within a Windows desktop environment and use Microsoft Outlook for communication.
• Follow established print operations procedures and production schedules.
• Assist with print finishing and insertion equipment as needed.
• Maintain an organized and efficient production environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and service expectations.
• Perform physical duties associated with print operations, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No previous professional experience required.
• Familiarity with Windows desktop environments.
• Ability to operate or learn high-speed printing equipment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to accurately follow procedures and prioritize multiple print jobs.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness and ability to work the required rotating schedule, including weekends, overtime, and off-hours as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-volume printing or production environment.
• Experience operating Ricoh VC40000 high-speed printers.
• Experience with Ricoh Pro 9210 cut-sheet printers.
• Experience operating insertion or print-finishing equipment.

Work Schedule

This position works 12-hour shifts from 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM on a rotating schedule.

The rotation includes periods of Monday–Wednesday and Thursday–Sunday coverage, with extended time off built into the rotation. Depending on the point in the rotation, employees typically receive three or four days off per week, as well as a scheduled seven-day break during the rotation.

Candidates must be comfortable working weekends, overtime, and occasional off-hours as required.

This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an IT Print Operations department while learning enterprise print-production equipment and processes. The rotating schedule also provides multiple days off each week, depending on the assigned rotation.

Education

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Preferred: One year of experience in a high-volume printing or production environment.
