Role: Manager
Client: Lexmark
Location: Onsite (customer site) Fort Knox, KY 40121
Pay: $25-$28 (hourly W2)
Duration: 12 months revolving (annual ext benefits after 30 days, long term engagement)
Who Is NOT a Fit (applicants that will be rejected)
Candidates who are purely technical engineers, don’t have customer-facing experience, have never managed service delivery, or lack operations/process ownership will not be successful. Anyone without experience managing SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, inventory, consumables, or vendor coordination is not a match.
What We Need (applicants that will be interviewed)
A strong operations leader with 4–6 years in service delivery, experience managing hardware/consumables, asset tracking, SOW execution, SLAs/KPIs, and working directly with enterprise customers. Must be highly organized, customer-focused, comfortable with process improvement, and able to manage deployments, escalations, reporting, and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities (Must-Haves):
- Manage daily site operations per the customer Statement of Work (SOW)
- Handle hardware, consumables, asset tracking, inventory, device changes, reporting
- Act as primary liaison between customer, IT teams, subcontractors, and Lexmark
- Monitor SLAs/KPIs, escalate issues, drive improvements
- Develop/document processes & procedures (asset mgmt, escalation, consumables, etc.)
- Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews; provide reports, status updates
- Support/lead deployments, installs, configuration, pilots of print/MPS solutions
- Build relationships & serve as a trusted advisor
- Identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure policy compliance (security, procurement, HR, legal)
- May require lifting 50–60 lbs or having transportation for onsite work
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Business, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 4–6 years of operations / managed services experience
- Experience managing service delivery in complex environments
- Strong customer-facing experience with enterprise stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with hardware/software services, managed print services (MPS)
- Strong organizational, process improvement, documentation skills
- ITSM/ITIL exposure
- Basic technical acumen (print servers, networking, firmware, drivers, SNMP)
- Strong communication, reporting, metrics, RCA skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects work independently
