We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in claims processing to join our team in a contract-to-hire capacity. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather, document, and deliver business and system requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and walkthroughs with business stakeholders and customers
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements for development teams
- Partner with developers and technical teams to ensure accurate understanding and delivery of requirements
- Support the full requirements lifecycle, including documentation, validation, and clarification
- Maintain strong communication between business and technical teams throughout project execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- OR 4 years of relevant job-related experience
- OR 2 years of relevant experience plus an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of IT Business Analysis experience
- Strong understanding of claims processing workflows and systems
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid onsite environment
