Resin Mixer

Revolution is now hiring for a Resin Mixer position in Mesquite, Texas. This role will be responsible for the production of a top-quality film in a safe, efficient and effective manner. • Must be able to maintain expected production rates.
• Read and understand production orders.
• Document quality checks on time verifying correct count and label.
• Be aware of production requirements.
• Knowledge of different resin types.
• Understand repro quality.
• Ensure proper blend is used on each line.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Promote and implement our Core Values daily.
• Take line down and put it back up.
• Perform and maintain resin inventory counts.
• All other duties assigned by shift manager.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Essential reading and writing skills are required.
• Minimum of one year experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product.
• Must be flexible and willing to work different machines as needed.
• Ability to perform well in a customer driven, safety conscious organization.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand 12 hours during a shift.
