Quality Assurance Supervisor – Food Manufacturing
Schedule: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM (2-2-3 Nonrotating)
Overview:
The Quality Assurance Supervisor oversees all quality and food safety operations to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards. This role leads the quality lab team, drives process improvements, and maintains product integrity in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily QA and food safety activities on shift.

Lead, train, and engage the lab and quality team.

Review product holds and determine disposition.

Monitor sanitation, GMP, and regulatory compliance.

Support continuous improvement in quality systems and performance metrics.

Investigate and resolve safety or quality incidents.

Collaborate with production to meet daily quality and efficiency goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in science, operations, business, or related field.

3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

5 years of QA experience in the food industry preferred.

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, FDA, and other quality systems.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and production software.

Hands-on, team-oriented leader willing to work on the production floor.
