Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
- Support schedule management by coordinating appointments, meetings, and calendar updates for staff and management
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, directing calls and taking messages accurately
- Help oversee vendor relationships, including scheduling deliveries and managing supplies inventory using tools like QuickBooks or similar software
- Contribute to human resources activities such as onboarding new team members, maintaining personnel files, and supporting training & development initiatives
- Support bookkeeping and payroll processes by assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping
- Assist with event planning and office projects to foster team engagement and ensure smooth execution of company events or meetings
Experience
- Prior clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
