Your Role
As a Mortgage Loan Officer with us, you will be instrumental in driving client acquisition and loan origination, focusing primarily on purchase loans and building referral relationships:
Develop and nurture relationships with Realtors and referral partners
Educate homebuyers on mortgage options and guide them through the loan process
Manage loan pipelines from origination through closing
Leverage our CRM, marketing tools, and resources to expand your business
Collaborate with in-house processing to ensure efficient loan delivery
Ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations
This role emphasizes purchase-focused production, with refinances as a secondary component, but top performers in any channel are welcome.
What We Offer
Compensation & Earnings
Competitive 100% commission W-2 structure
Typical earnings range from $55,000–$200,000 , depending on production and referrals
Profit-sharing and recruiting bonus opportunities
Opportunity for inbound lead support based on production level
Tools, Support & Training
Structured onboarding & mentorship program (1–2 weeks) with leadership and top producers
Bonzo CRM for lead, referral, and pipeline management
Free Rate Update leads and setup with social media/website tools
Dedicated in-house processing support on all loans
Licensing support, including guidance on expanding into additional states
Qualifications
Current and active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License (required)
Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer preferred, with an ideal background in Realtor referral generation, purchase origination, and pipeline management
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and business-development oriented
Comfortable working remotely with optional access to office space as needed
