In this role, reporting to the Manager, Hospitality, you will be partner with the Account Management and Creative teams to deliver best-in-class hospitality events. You will assist with all aspects of hospitality including accommodations, air and ground transportation management, ticketing, gifting/merchandise, décor, entertainment, and catering, as well as managing vendor/venue relations.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $55-65K, and includes an annual bonus potential of 7.5%.

rEvolution is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Hospitality to join our growing sports marketing agency. In this role, reporting to the Manager, Hospitality, you will be partner with the Account Management and Creative teams to deliver best-in-class hospitality events. You will assist with all aspects of hospitality including accommodations, air and ground transportation management, ticketing, gifting/merchandise, décor, entertainment, and catering, as well as managing vendor/venue relations.
You Will
- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of multiple corporate hospitality events (both in-person programs and virtual events) throughout the year from concepting and pre-planning to execution and post-event closure.
- Manage operational and logistical event details including but not limited to: venue selection, contract negotiations, financial management, guest online registration and communication, air and ground transportation, hotel, merchandise, tickets, activities, printed collateral/signage, audio visual, catering, talent/entertainment, gifting, etc.
- Assist with event budget development, management, and reconciliations.
- Obtain vendor quotes and manage vendor communication.
- Work with internal rEvolution teams (Account Management, Creative, etc.) to ensure events stay on track according to the program timeline and within budget.
- 2-4 years of experience working within hospitality events, ideally as part of a marketing/advertising agency.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, marketing, hospitality, tourism or a related field
- Proficiency in online registration platforms such as STOVA, Cvent, etc.
- The ability to travel as needed and work non-traditional hours to be on-site at hospitality events. This may include weekends and/or holidays.
- Motorsports experience is a plus.
