Responsibilities
Revolution hiring a Quality Control Representative for the night shift at its Vernon, CA facility. This position will work closely with production lines to ensure the facility meets quality standards.
- Perform inspections throughout different departments using established methodology and criteria.
- Evaluate findings and input quality data in the system daily.
- Conduct final product testing.
- Maintain quality records (paper and electronic).
- Assist with quality issues to ensure commitment to ship dates.
- Assist in the disposition of the suspect product.
- Comply with safety policy practices.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
- Three years of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
- One Year of Quality experience in an industrial environment preferred.
- Necessary math skills - Addition, subtraction, and multiplication to record accurate reports.
- Must be able to read and write.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Periodically lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Sometimes push up to 100 lbs. and move up to 900 lbs. using a pallet jack.
- Must be able to stand and walk for 8-12 hours.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
