Job Description
Revolution Behavioral Health is hiring for its South Central District behavioral team in partnership with the Hawaii Department of Education. We are hiring Licensed Behavior Analysts across several school-based roles: district operations, staff training, and direct student services. Tell us which fits you best when you apply.
This is a school-based position that follows the Hawaii DOE instructional calendar, with holiday breaks observed. Summer hours are available based on district need.
Roles We're Hiring For
Operations (District Behavior Analyst)
- Conducting FBAs across the district on an assigned caseload
- Coaching teachers on behavior support plan implementation
- Participating in IEP meetings as the behavioral expert
- Training and supporting school staff on BSP writing using the RBH software platform (school staff retain responsibility for their BSPs)
Training and Capacity Building (District Behavior Trainer)
- Designing and maintaining the district training curriculum
- Serving as the district standard for behavioral training for school staff
- Delivering on-site training on BSP writing, data collection, and behavioral strategies
Direct Service (Direct Service LBA)
- Delivering direct clinical service hours to students per their IEPs
- Documenting service hours in CentralReach
- Working under the district's unified clinical standards
Requirements
- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing
- Active Hawaii LBA license. Out-of-state applicants delivering virtually must hold dual licensure (Hawaii license plus resident-state board)
- Competency in FBAs, behavior-change procedures, and data collection and analysis
- QBS Safety-Care certification, or willingness to certify upon hire
Preferred
- School-based or DOE-aligned ABA experience
- Coaching, training, or curriculum experience (Training track)
- CentralReach proficiency or willingness to learn
Compensation
Target earnings $72,000 to $80,000 /year depending on role
This position is paid hourly based on billable service hours, with a standard schedule of 30 billable hours per week. Total pay increases with billable hours delivered beyond the standard.
Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
