School District Leadership Opportunity | No Traditional Caseload

Looking for something beyond a traditional BCBA caseload?

If you're an experienced BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and solving complex challenges, this may be the career opportunity you've been looking for.

Revolution Behavioral Health partners with the Hawaii Department of Education to strengthen behavioral services across an entire school district. Rather than providing direct ABA therapy, you'll coach educators, consult with school teams, deliver professional development, and help build sustainable systems that improve outcomes for hundreds of students.

This is an opportunity to step into district-level leadership while maintaining a strong clinical foundation.

Why You'll Love This Position

No Traditional ABA Caseload

Spend your time coaching educators, consulting with schools, and improving systems, not managing a large direct-service caseload.

Create District-Wide Impact

Instead of supporting one student at a time, your work will help educators build the skills and confidence to positively impact hundreds of students across multiple schools.

Professional Growth

Expand your career beyond direct clinical services by developing expertise in consultation, implementation, adult learning, and systems improvement.

Meaningful Leadership

Help shape behavioral services across an entire school district while working alongside educational leaders committed to improving student outcomes.

Mission-Driven Work

Join a collaborative team dedicated to building sustainable, evidence-based behavioral systems that create lasting change for students, educators, and schools.

Benefits & Perks

We believe great clinicians deserve great support. As part of the Revolution Behavioral Health team, you'll enjoy:

  • School-Year Schedule – Enjoy a predictable work schedule that follows the Hawaii Department of Education calendar, including school holidays and breaks.
  • Health Insurance – Comprehensive health insurance benefits to support you and your family.
  • Professional License Reimbursement – We invest in your career by reimbursing eligible professional licensure expenses.
  • Continuing Education (CEUs) – Access employer-provided CEU opportunities to support your ongoing professional development.
  • Professional Growth – Gain experience in consultation, leadership, implementation science, and district-wide systems development.
  • Meaningful, Mission-Driven Work – Help strengthen behavioral services across an entire school district while making a lasting impact on students, educators, and schools.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging professional development and behavioral trainings for educators and school staff.
  • Coach teachers, educational assistants, administrators, and school teams in effective behavioral practices.
  • Support schools in implementing practical, evidence-based behavior support strategies.
  • Provide classroom coaching, consultation, and implementation support.
  • Observe implementation and provide constructive feedback that helps educators build confidence and consistency.
  • Collaborate with district leadership to strengthen behavioral services across schools.
  • Assist with the development of training resources and implementation materials.
  • Help establish consistent behavioral practices throughout the district.

This Position Is Ideal For Someone Who

  • Is ready to move beyond a traditional direct-service caseload.
  • Enjoys teaching, coaching, and mentoring adults.
  • Communicates complex behavioral concepts in practical, easy-to-understand ways.
  • Builds strong collaborative relationships with educators and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Thinks strategically while remaining organized and dependable.
  • Enjoys working independently across multiple school sites.
  • Wants to improve systems—not just solve individual cases.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) in good standing.
  • Active Hawaii Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or eligible to obtain Hawaii licensure.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between school sites.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred, but not required:

  • School-based behavioral experience.
  • Experience providing professional development, consultation, or coaching.
  • Experience collaborating with educators and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with contemporary behavioral approaches such as Happy, Relaxed, and Engaged (HRE) and Skills-Based Treatment (SBT). Training will be provided.
  • QBS Safety-Care certification (or willingness to obtain certification after hire).
