We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Dealership Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong automotive retail experience, outstanding communication skills, and a track record of building successful teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all dealership operations, including sales, finance, service, and customer relations.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales and management staff to achieve dealership goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors and lenders to maximize profitability.
- Establish and maintain high standards for customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, lenders, manufacturers, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-5 years of automotive dealership management/sales experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proven success in sales growth and profitability.
- Knowledge of dealership operations, finance, inventory management, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
