We’re a fast-growing real estate investment company looking for a driven, people-first Acquisition Associate to help us find and lock up off-market real estate deals in the Atlanta area.

What You’ll Do
• Prospect for real estate opportunities - managing both inbound and outbound prospecting(calls, texts, follow-ups, networking)
• Speak with property owners to understand their situation
• Build rapport and guide conversations toward a sale
• Analyze deals and determine if they fit our buying criteria
• Negotiate purchase agreements with sellers
• Manage leads and pipeline using CRM
• Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into deals

• Strong communication skills (you’re comfortable on the phone)
• Sales experience preferred (real estate is a plus, not required)
• Competitive mindset and high level of self-discipline
• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
