What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Admin position at Revman International Inc?
This position is responsible for performing administrative duties related to the Sales process as directed by the management of the Sales Department.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and comparing projections to actual orders (Retailer purchase orders).
- Responsible for providing buyers & assistants with proper SKUs, port, pricing, casepacks, ship window, and net term requirements.
- Responsible for assuring that all Retailer purchase orders have received proper SKUs and have been checked for accuracy in terms of pricing, net terms, ports, units, patterns, colors, casepack, packaging, and ship dates.
- Coordinate with Sales Administrator Lead for PO processing and revisions.
- Responsible for uploading projection details to Bamboo Rose for Burlington PO issuance; to include keying date of submission in 3TAP.
- Responsible for being the primary point of contact with the customer’s Assistants with regards to adding/correcting SKUS and any ongoing updates needing to be made to purchase orders.
- Responsible for communicating with SC departments for the following categories: Pre-tickets, Samples, SKU set up, Vendor Ship Dates, in coordination with Sales Administrator Lead.
- Responsible for processing all 3rd Tier Sample requests and 1st tier Samples as needed; to include keying date of issuance in 3TAP.
- Responsible for maintaining Sample order revisions as needed.
- Responsible for communicating purchase orders extensions needed to buyers and assistant buyers.
- Responsible for communicating with SC departments regarding extension approvals/updates.
- Responsible for issuing revised purchase orders reflecting extension window updates; to include revised costs reflecting discounts granted.
- Responsible for linking customer purchase orders to the corresponding projection, including accurately keying customer POs into 3TAP, including any revisions as needed.
- Responsible for sending assigned Tag-on offers to buyers and process projections.
- Responsible for entering customer carton pack detail requirements in Packout Instructions.
- Responsible for maintaining Packout Instructions revisions as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of PLM for the purpose of processing samples and accurately locating SKUs.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include Excel
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in order to effectively communicate and report information to all levels of the Company as well as following up with employees and customers in a timely manner
- Possess strong organizational and analytical skills
- Possess a team-oriented mentality
- Previous experience in successfully handling time sensitive projects and meeting assigned deadlines
- Ability to prioritize work/projects and answer questions related to work assignments in a fast paced environment
