Revive Wellness & Aesthetics is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse with established hands-on aesthetic injection experience to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for an RN who is already confident performing aesthetic treatments and can step into the position with minimal additional clinical training. The right candidate will have direct experience with neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport as well as dermal fillers, along with strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a warm, patient-focused approach.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse will provide aesthetic and wellness services including neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, IV nutrient therapy, laser and light-based treatments, and other clinical procedures within their demonstrated training, competency, and scope of practice.

This position requires prior hands-on aesthetic injection experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable independently assessing patients, conducting aesthetic consultations, making appropriate treatment recommendations, and performing injectable treatments safely and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct aesthetic consultations and provide individualized treatment recommendations based on patient goals, facial assessment, clinical judgment, and appropriate treatment planning
• Independently administer neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport
• Perform dermal filler treatments using safe and appropriate aesthetic injection techniques
• Assess patients before treatment and identify appropriate candidates, contraindications, risks, and treatment considerations
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, potential risks, aftercare, and follow-up
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or complications
• Provide IV nutrient therapy and other wellness infusions as trained and authorized
• Perform laser and light-based treatments as trained and authorized
• Assist with and perform additional aesthetic and wellness procedures offered by Revive based on prior experience, training, and scope of practice
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation
• Follow all clinical protocols, safety procedures, infection-control standards, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
• Provide appropriate patient follow-up and ongoing clinical support
• Stay current on aesthetic products, injection techniques, treatment protocols, technologies, and industry standards
• Participate in continuing education and advanced training as appropriate
• Collaborate with the Revive team to provide a consistent and exceptional patient experience
• Educate patients and make appropriate treatment recommendations without using a high-pressure sales approach
• Represent Revive Wellness & Aesthetics with professionalism, compassion, integrity, and excellent clinical judgment

Required Qualifications

• Current Utah Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Previous hands-on experience working as an aesthetic injector
• Hands-on experience administering neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau, or similar products
• Hands-on experience performing dermal filler treatments
• Comfortable independently conducting aesthetic consultations and developing appropriate treatment recommendations
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection safety, contraindications, complication recognition, and patient aftercare
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-safety skills
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, confident, and professional bedside manner
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Revive team
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continued professional development

Preferred Experience

The following experience is strongly preferred and will be considered an advantage:

• IV therapy and wellness infusions
• PRP or PRF treatments
• Laser or light-based treatments
• Microneedling
• Biostimulators
• Additional aesthetic injectable treatments
• Dermatology, plastic surgery, medical spa, or aesthetic practice experience
• Wellness or functional medicine experience

Important Experience Requirement

This position is intended for an RN who is already trained and experienced in aesthetic injections.

Applicants must already have hands-on experience performing both neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments.

Candidates whose aesthetic experience is limited to classroom training, certification courses, observation, or who would require initial training in Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, or basic aesthetic injection techniques will not be considered for this position.
