Revive Wellness & Aesthetics is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team.
We are seeking an NP who is passionate about wellness, hormone optimization, functional health, metabolic wellness, and helping patients better understand and improve their overall health.
About the Role
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive wellness care with a focus on hormone optimization, functional health, metabolic wellness, peptide therapy, medical weight management, and lifestyle-focused care.
The ideal candidate is curious, patient-centered, and committed to looking beyond symptoms to better understand the factors that may be contributing to a patient's health concerns.
Functional medicine, integrative health, or wellness experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who shares our philosophy and passion for whole-person care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and health assessments
- Review medical histories, symptoms, medications, lifestyle factors, and laboratory findings
- Develop and manage individualized wellness and treatment plans
- Provide hormone optimization and BHRT care
- Evaluate and manage medical weight-management patients
- Provide peptide therapy when clinically appropriate
- Order, review, and interpret appropriate laboratory testing
- Provide IV nutrient therapy and other wellness services, as trained and authorized
- Educate patients about their health, treatment options, and lifestyle factors
- Monitor patient progress and make appropriate treatment adjustments
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Collaborate with Revive's nursing, nutrition, and clinical team
- Stay current with emerging research, wellness therapies, and evidence-based practices
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience consistent with Revive's standard of care
Qualifications
- Current Utah Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Functional medicine, integrative health, or wellness experience preferred
- Experience or strong interest in hormone optimization, metabolic health, peptide therapy, or medical weight management
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Passion for preventative and whole-person healthcare
- Comfortable working in a collaborative and growing practice
- Curious, growth-minded, and committed to continued learning
- Professional, compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong commitment to patient safety and evidence-informed care
