About Us
We are a medical wellness clinic specializing in hormone optimization.
We are seeking a dependable, professional Cross-Trained Medical Assistant / Receptionist who is comfortable performing both clinical and front office responsibilities. (this is not an esthetician position)
Responsibilities
Front Office Duties:
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Collect payments
- Manage EMR documentation and patient intake
- Coordinate follow-ups and appointment reminders
Clinical Duties:
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Update medical histories and medications
- Assist provider during exams and procedures
- Administer injections
- Perform phlebotomy (preferred)
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain inventory
- Process prescription refill requests
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
- Phlebotomy experience strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of medical office experience preferred
- EMR experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
