Duties
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as sanding, mixing or carrying materials.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members.
