Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer questions about services, pricing, and promotions.
- Scheduling and Appointments:
- Manage bookings and maintain the daily schedule using scheduling software.
- Confirm appointments and handle cancellations or rescheduling.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Assist with membership sign-ups and explain membership benefits.
- Facility Coordination:
- Ensure the reception area and wellness center are clean and organized.
- Maintain inventory of supplies for front desk and client areas.
- Client Education:
- Provide basic information about Revive Hive’s services and equipment.
- Educate clients on proper use of facilities and wellness protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling and point-of-sale
