Human Resources Manager (HR)

As the Human Resources Manager you will play a key part in shaping the future of our organization. This position will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while helping solidify company culture, support employees, and build scalable HR processes that support long-term growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and talent development initiatives
• Serve as a resource for employee relations, performance discussions, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
• Help maintain and strengthen Revive ERP’s positive, collaborative culture as the company grows
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
• Coordinate employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives
• Support performance review processes and manager coaching
• Maintain HR records, reporting, and HRIS data accuracy
• Collaborate with the company’s PEO partner on payroll and compliance-related processes
• Identify gaps in current HR practices and recommend process improvements and new policies

What We're Looking For

• 3 - 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Strong experience in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and policy administration
• Someone who is a strong culture fit and passionate about building positive employee experiences
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally
• Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
