Key Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and working as a barista, particularly in a juice or smoothie bar setting.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends as they are a crucial part of our operation.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to engage with customers, answer questions, and provide an exceptional experience.
- Product Knowledge: Knowledge of various fruits, vegetables, and supplements used in creating healthy beverages.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in both preparation and presentation of drinks.
- Passion: A genuine passion for promoting health and wellness through delicious and nutritious beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of juices, smoothies, and beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Welcome and engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate equipment, including blenders and juicers, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
