Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments within your scope of practice
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized treatment recommendations
- Build and maintain your own clientele through excellent patient care and follow-up
- Promote yourself and the practice through social media and community engagement
- Educate clients on skincare, treatment plans, and home care
- Recommend and sell professional skincare products when appropriate
- Maintain accurate client documentation
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with our medical team to create the best patient experience
Qualifications
- Current Texas Aesthetician License
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable creating social media content and marketing yourself
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and continued learning
