Licensed Aesthetician

Nourished MedSpa is seeking a licensed, experienced Aesthetician who is passionate about long‑term client care, results‑driven treatment planning, and building a thriving book of business. This is not an entry‑level role. Candidates must be prepared for a clinical board‑style interview led by the medical director covering intermediate‑to‑advanced aesthetic knowledge and treatment strategy. If invited to interview, candidate should be prepared to answer technical questions about building individual treatment plans and ensuring safety standards. Come prepared to show any marketing that you have personally created that relates to the services offered. Preference will be given to candidates with a desire and the knowledge to interact on social media to advertise and educate.

Duties

As an Aesthetician at Nourished, you will provide advanced aesthetic treatments focused on skin rejuvenation, anti-aging, and overall wellness. You will not perform injections (those require a nursing license). Our estheticians specialize in services such as:

• HydraFacial
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• Laser services (hair reduction, IPL Skin Rejuvenation, tattoo removal, etc.)
• And other advanced non-invasive treatments (full list available on our website)

You will design customized, extended treatment schedules that deliver visible results, drive client retention, and support ongoing revenue growth. You will also collaborate with our marketing director by contributing content ideas to help fill your schedule and promote our services.

• Rapidly build and maintain a full client schedule (realistic goal: full schedule within 8-10 months).
• Meet and exceed sales goals with a strong “hustle” mindset.
• Excel in client consultations, education, and retention.
• Deliver high-quality, results-oriented treatments.
• Be easy to work with, responsible, conscientious, and hardworking.
• Participate in a rigorous board interview with intermediate-to-advanced clinical and technical questions.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for candidates with proven experience and, ideally, formal training certificates covering most or all of our aesthetic offerings.

Requirements

• Valid Texas state licensure as a Licensed Aesthetician or Cosmetologist with experience in skincare treatments.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products.
• Proven experience and ability to perform waxing, facials, chemical peels, microneedling, Hydrafacial®, laser hair reduction, and dermaplaning is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Must also have excellent internal customer service skills when communicating with coworkers and staff. There is an expectation of helping refer clients to nurse injectors and vice-versa.
• Experience in retail sales of skincare products is a plus to help guide clients toward suitable solutions.

Pay: $23.40 - $38.80 per hour
