Qualifications
- Proficiency in Counseling and Therapy skills including individual
- Experience in developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and maintaining diligent client records
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to manage caseloads and maintain ethical standards within counseling practices
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Provisional licensure as a Professional Counselor (PLPC) in Missouri or eligibility for licensure
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and techniques, such as CBT or trauma-focused approaches
- Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusivity
