Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist students in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions to students in a K-12 educational setting, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individual and small student groups
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted license, provisional license will be accepted
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
