What We’re Looking For

We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead our people operations. The HR Generalist will partner closely with leadership to support and execute all core HR functions, including compliance, staffing, and culture. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring HR processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with company values.

You should be someone with

• 2 years of HR experience in a Generalist or similar role
• Strong understanding of NC employment law
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations matters
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Maintain personnel records
• Support performance reviews and corrective action processes
• Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding process
• Support timekeeping, PTO tracking, and payroll coordination
• Assist with benefits administration
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Conduct investigations and support documentation processes
• Help reinforce company core values across the facility

Salary: $55,000- $65,000
