REVIV Integrative Medicine & Aesthetics is looking for a professional, dependable and client-focused Massage Therapist to join our team in Fergus Falls.
This is a great opportunity for a therapist looking for a consistent part-time schedule within an established health and wellness practice. We are looking for someone who provides excellent hands-on care, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is motivated to develop a strong, loyal clientele.
Schedule
This position is approximately 15–18 hours per week:
- Tuesday: 1:00 PM–6:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Friday: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
- Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Applicants should be available for the scheduled hours listed above.
Compensation
Starting pay: $18.00/hour
In addition, the Massage Therapist receives:
- 100% of client tips
- Commission opportunities on eligible retail products and services
- Additional earning potential as clientele and service volume grow
Responsibilities
As a Massage Therapist at REVIV, you will:
- Provide professional therapeutic massage based on each client's individual needs
- Complete client consultations and maintain appropriate documentation
- Create a welcoming, professional and personalized client experience
- Educate clients on appropriate massage frequency and follow-up care
- Rebook and schedule clients as appropriate
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients
- Assist with client check-in, check-out and scheduling
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms, linens and supplies
- Work collaboratively with REVIV providers and team members
- Participate in training, team meetings and practice initiatives
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
- A graduate of a recognized massage therapy program
- Knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology and therapeutic massage techniques
- Experienced in therapeutic, deep tissue and/or relaxation massage preferred
- Professional, dependable and punctual
- Friendly and confident communicating with clients
- Comfortable educating clients and recommending appropriate follow-up care
- Motivated to build and maintain a consistent client base
- Organized and able to manage client documentation and scheduling
- Interested in working collaboratively within a health and wellness environment
Previous experience is preferred, but we are open to an exceptional newer graduate who demonstrates strong massage skills, professionalism and a desire to grow.
